Hotel bardzo przytulny, czysty, pokoje ciepłe i wygodne. Śniadanie wypasione, pracownicy kulturalni i rzetelni, zwĺaszcza jeden czarnoskóry, który jest wręcz przemiły, szczerze uśmiechnięty. Jedyny mankament hotelu to trochę cienkie ściany,obok hotelu jest metro, tramwaj, autobus. Wszystkie środki komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo przytulny i wygodny hotel.

I stay in a variety of different hotels with my work, this I found most accommodating from the introduction, I found my room incredibly small, but that's no problem, my real problem came from the attitude of the night porter, sarcastic, snide, as a frequent traveller to Turin/ torino I strongly advise others to search other hotels like the great western who offer a service100% more customer focus for only a small difference of 5€ a night.

The room is a mix of old and new--ish and the radio is like something you find out of old school james bond movies! The breakfast is lovely and whilst the shower is small it does the job :)

Overall Good hotel. Small room but nice, especially the shower is the smallest I have ever seen. On the other hand the breakfast is very good, the recieptionists are quite friendly and helpful. Centrally located.
